The Blackstone Experience

Black Stone surf camp was founded in 2009 on the south of the island of Tenerife with the philosophy of giving you more than surf to your holidays.

The Blackstone Surf Camp experience is focused on people who want to go on a surf vacation, as a first experience or to improve their surfing.

It is a community experience where people from all over the world live together for a few days or weeks focused on learning to surf or improving their level.

This experience makes you improve and learn faster since you can work on your skills every day.

Learn or improve your surfing in a relaxed atmosphere in our surf house, practice yoga, snorkel or experience surfing – skateboarding with the best climate in Europe in Tenerife.

Black Stone surf camp was founded in 2009 on the south of the island of Tenerife with the philosophy of giving you more than surf to your holidays.

It is a Surf Camp focused on adults who want to enjoy their holiday within a surfing atmosphere, mixing with people from all around the world, either learning how to surf or perfecting their surfing skills in our advanced camps but also being able to enjoy other activities that the island offers such as snorkelling with turtles, stand up paddle or and introduction to longboard skateboarding.

The house is designed to share the experience with other surfers with the concept of surf camp, it is a house with large common areas to rest or train, practice yoga or have barbecues.

365 days of sunsets to celebrate every day of surfing with your travel companions.

The tropical weather throughout the whole year, with an average temperature of 22º, together with the warm temperature of the sea and little to no rain makes it the perfect place to do sports like surfing, diving, snorkelling, stand up paddle, skate, golf, climbing…

Which is why Blackstone is more than surfing!

Surf School

Black Stone Surf Center Tenerife belongs to the Canarian Surf Federation in the south of Tenerife, located in Playa de las Américas.

We offer surf classes for beginners to advanced surfers, in our surf center you can both start and improve your surfing. We also offer private classes and classes for families with children. We can provide you with all the rental equipment necessary for your holiday in Tenerife, such as soft beginner boards, minibuses, short boards, skates and much more…

We have facilities with showers and lockers as well as a chill room and teaching room to make it like your second home on the beach.

The staff is absolutely amazing and slowly felt like friends and the whole group was like a family in the end. I loved the surf lessons and really felt that I got better during the time and loved that they kept in mind every detail and gave me great feedback on how to improve. Also the Camp itself is absolutely beautiful and I loved spending time there and really relax next to the classes! Always again, would love to be back!

El jardín es enorme con vistas al mar, piscina y muchas zonas para relajarte o compartir con los demás compañeros del campamento. Tanto las clases de surf como las de yoga fueron súper profesionales y divertidas; mejoré muchísimo en ambas en solo una semana. Hay traslados disponibles hacia la escuela de surf y al aeropuerto, pero recomiendo alquilar un coche para poder recorrer la isla o ir de compras, ya que el campamento no está muy bien comunicado.

Tanto la ubicación del camp (mejor sunset de la isla) la atmósfera de la casa es muy chill y el personal (Chiara y Sydney) son las anfitrionas perfectas!! Los instructores del surf, tienen una calidad humana super buena y sus clases son super amenas, es el lugar perfecto para venir a desconectar una semana! Gracias!!
